Dr. Kelly L. Bruch has been an independent optometrist at Unique-U since it opened in 2006. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois and Indiana University School of Optometry. She also completed a postgraduate residency in Cornea and Contact Lenses at Indiana University School of Optometry.
Dr. Bruch's practice focuses on primary eye care and diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease for the entire family. She specializes in contact lens management, including bifocal and specialty contact lens fits. Long interested in refractive surgery, she herself had LASIK in 2005 and now co-manages refractive surgery patients in our office.
Dr. Bruch is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Ohio Optometric Association. She is the immediate past-president of the Central Ohio Optometric Association, the local chapter of the Ohio Optometric Association, and currently holds the office of Secretary for the COOA. Dr. Bruch volunteers for the Realeyes Classroom Initiative, a program developed by the OOA to help introduce elementary and middle school students to the importance of eye health.
Dr. Bruch is married and has two teenage stepsons. She grew up in St. Louis, MO, and relocated to Ohio with her husband in 2000.
